Do you think the voters of the 20th House of Representative District deserve a choice?
WelI, that is why I am running for House District 20 because voters—not party insiders—should decide who represents them on the Democratic ticket. On July 3, 2025 for the Special Election, 18 committee members from the 20th Representative District made that decision without voter participation. I am running to give you back the choice that was made for you.

I attended the Speak Out Against Hate (SOAH) forum at the Lewes Library this evening. The speakers included Elyse Baerga, Principal of Frederick Thomas Middle School; a representative from Pathways for Success; and Channel Chaplin, a counselor at Sussex Academy. Each shared how they respond to hate speech and harmful actions within their schools and organizations.
In light of current events, the conversation felt especially meaningful. I appreciated the honesty and care the speakers brought to the discussion, as well as the insight they offered into navigating these difficult situations with intention and compassion.
